1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At EasyPrintSolutions.online, we stand behind our services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion for review and potential resolution.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as described in our agreement
  • Technical issue was not resolved despite our best efforts
  • Service appointment was cancelled by our team

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already performed to satisfaction
  • Issues caused by client equipment failure or pre-existing conditions
  • Change of mind after service has been rendered
  • No-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice)

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Timeline: Within 14 business days of approval
  • Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Exceptions: Cash payments refunded by check within 21 days

Note: Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Only part of the service was completed
  • Service outcome partially met expectations
  • Client elects to terminate service before completion

6. Service Redo Option

In many cases, we prefer to resolve service issues by re-performing the work at no additional cost, rather than issuing a refund. This option will be offered before any refund is processed.

7. Cancellation Policy

For cancelled appointments:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit may be forfeited
  • No-show: Full service charge may apply
